The Conference is designed to connect and inspire community coaches and umpires through a series of professional development sessions, which will provide the tools and insight to build the capacity and ability of coaches and umpires.
General Manager Performance & Pathway Sue Gaudion said the Conference would provide attendees with the chance to learn from Western Australia’s best high-performance coaches and umpires.

“Coaches across WA’s Netball community have an amazing opportunity to learn from the likes of Head Coach Dan Ryan and new Fever Assistant Coach Sara Francis-Bayman, two coaches who have achieved the ultimate glory in their own coaching journeys.
“When you add into the mix the access to knowledge from the high performance presenters, this Conference is one that aspiring and experienced coaches cannot afford to miss.”
All attendees will also be given special access to the latest developments in the game of netball, which will also include a coach/umpire resource pack.
The conference will be followed by the launch of the Peer Network, which aims to connect West Australian coaches, umpires and officials and provides a platform to educate, upskill and inspire. The Peer Network will include a series of online education sessions to be held during 2024.
