Opportunities to receive education, high performance coaching, skill development and performance umpiring opportunities are offered within the program. The State Umpire Performance Program focuses on building a safe, supportive and professional ‘team’ culture while inspiring umpires to fulfil their potential and fostering a mindset of being role models within the greater netball umpiring community.
The Fever in Time Program supports the development of identified umpires and provides opportunities to experience a higher level of umpiring education, umpire coaching and match-play and assist umpires on their journey through the Netball WA Umpiring Pathway. The Program will be focused on the individual growth of developing umpires and fostering a mindset of being leaders within the netball umpiring community. The program will run from August to October culminating with all athletes and umpires competing at State Cup.
