Each year Netball WA offers scholarships to provide opportunities for Netball WA affiliated coaches, umpires and managers from grass roots to elite level further their aspirations through education, accreditation and personal development opportunities.
The three Scholarship Programs include:
- Bette Allison Coach Scholarship
- Fay Bevan Umpire Scholarship
- Flo Starcevich Manager's Scholarship
This year, the Flo Starcevich Manager Scholarship has been awarded to Janine Bennett from Southern Districts Netball Association.
Janine Bennett – Manager
Current Association: Southern Districts Netball Association
Current Manager Role: Netball WA 19/U State Team
Janine has over 10 years of team managing experience at club, association and state level and wants to continue developing as a team manager at a high level within the state.
Janine enjoys being behind the scenes but actively assisting coaches, players and other staff. She would like to continue to learn new skills to keep developing as a manager.
