West Coast Warriors are the minor premiers of the Gold Industry Group West Australian Netball League after a superb victory over Peel Lightning on Sunday.

The 93-35 win saw Donnell Wallam score a massive 78 goals as the Warriors recorded their 12th win of the season.

East Freo battled it out against Western Roar to claim their 10th win of the season on Friday night. After battling out a close second half, the Sharks broke away in the second half to take a 62-52 victory.

Curtin Hamersley Comets beat Rangers 61-46. The Comets were neck and neck at quarter time before chipping away to a five-goal lead by half time. The second half went Comets way as they increased their margin to 14 goals by three-quarter time before running away with the win.

Southside Demons claimed their first win for the season with a 57-52 victory over Souwest Jets. Demons trailed the Jets by two goals at halftime. But they turned the tables in the third outscoring the jets 18-12, which saw them take a four-goal lead into the final quarter. Meg Gallager led from the front scoring 50 goals from 59 attempts.

Souwest Jets v Western Roar at 6.15pm

Curtin Hamersley Comets v East Freo Sharks at 8.30pm

Rangers v Peel Lightning at 8.30pm

Sunday September 18 at Gold Netball Centre

Southside Demons v West Coast Warriors at 2.30pm
