Netball WA has signed a new contract with GILBERT Netball to supply premier Netball equipment across the State through until the end of 2026.
7,000 GILBERT Netball balls were distributed to Western Australian clubs in 2023 in association with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia.
GILBERT Netball Brand Manager Rebecca Gray said the three-year agreement will provide excellent product and equipment for WA Netballers.
“GILBERT Netball is thrilled to extend our partnership with Netball WA for at least the next three years,” she said.
“We look forward to working more closely together on community initiatives and becoming the most trusted Netball brand in WA.”
Since GILBERT Netball launched their netball range in the 1990’s, top teams and leagues across the world have embraced their synthetic technology, notably the Origin Australia Diamonds, Silver Ferns, Suncorp Super Netball and GIG WA Netball League
In recent years, GILBERT Netball has embraced unique designs on their match day balls to raise awareness of social issues in community.
Since 2014, GILBERT Netball in association with Netball WA and the Insurance Commission of Western Australia have distributed more than 36,000 Belt Up themed netballs across the State.
GILBERT NETBALL support Netball WA and the Insurance Commission of Western Australia in producing an indigenous themed ball for the NAIDOC First-Nations round and NAIDOC Carnivals across the state.
GILBERT Netball are currently producing over 800 balls sporting the new NAIDOC themed design for the 2024 season.
