The Midwest Gascoyne Regional Championships presented by the CHB Group, took place from July 27-28 and saw plenty of regional talent descend on Geraldton Netball Association.

Netball players as young as nine represented their Clubs and Associations in a fantastic display of talent.
Divisions

Go Division- 9 & 10 Years

The NetSetGo ‘Go’ Division allows players to develop specific skills through modified match play that assists them in their preparation for a full game.

Four teams featured in the Go Division, including St Francis Go, Mt Tarcoola Go and two squads from North Midland.

Mt Tarcoola ended their weekend on top of the ladder after winning all six of their games, often by very high margins.

The Grand Final was a dramatic showdown between Mt Tarcoola and Geraldton, with the one goal win going to Geraldton after a hard battle.

St Francis Black, Mt Tarcoola, St Lawrence, Northampton Yellow and Wandina all faced off in the first division.

Mt Tarcoola once again found themselves in the Grand Final, but the side went down to Wandina by three goals in the big dance.
