Jets 68 defeated Rangers 43.
The seventh and eighth-ranked sides opened the night with a tight contest, but the Jets looked the slicker of the two early and took control as the game wore on. Tayla Styles provided important defensive pressure through the midcourt for the Rangers, helping keep the contest competitive in patches.
A 23-goal second-quarter blitz proved decisive for the Jets, creating a deficit the Rangers could not reel back in. Lily Knight was dominant under the post, finishing with a huge 57 goals from 60 attempts in her best return across both 21/U and Opens this season. The result also marked the Jets’ highest winning margin in more than three years.

Demons 55 defeated Warriors 49.
The ladder leaders continued their strong run with a six-goal win over the Warriors, but they were made to work for it across four quarters. The midcourt battle was a highlight, with Warrior Honey Harrington and Demon Chelsea Meade fighting hard for possession and setting the tone for a physical contest.
The Demons had control for much of the match, driven by outstanding defensive pressure from Hayley Evans and Kate Bunten, who consistently found intercept opportunities. The Warriors pushed back strongly in the third quarter and refused to let the margin blow out, with Zoe Harper proving a steady force in attack with 46 goals to keep her side within reach.
Comets 44 defeated Roar 43.
The Grand Final rematch delivered another thriller, with the Comets edging the Roar by one goal in a fast, intense contest. Maddie Hunter was strong through the middle, while the Roar showed plenty of speed as they worked hard to run out the game.
Aitaua Enari was outstanding under goal with 37 goals, including the game-winner with only seconds remaining. Comet Sloan Burton was also influential, using her speed at goal attack to help outwork the talented Roar defence. At the other end, Caitlyn Brown again showed why she is a three-time league MVP, finding deflections and intercepts with ease. Comet Ella Taylor also celebrated her 100-game milestone.
