A major partner of West Coast Fever, HCF will continue working with Netball WA to promote healthier, more active communities and strengthen the role of sport in supporting women’s wellbeing.
As Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund, HCF delivers initiatives that support physical activity, health education and improved wellbeing outcomes for the Netball WA community.
Netball WA Group Chief Executive Officer Simone Hansen said the organisation was pleased to continue its valued partnership with HCF.
“The health and wellbeing of the Netball WA community is of the utmost importance, and this partnership enables us to deliver a greater impact both on and off the court,” she said.
HCF Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Lorraine Thomas said netball’s scale and reach made it a powerful platform for advancing women’s health.
“This partnership is about working alongside players, clubs and communities to raise awareness of the health issues that matter most to young women, and to help normalise those conversations in sport and beyond,” she said.
