Western Australia will be represented by the state's best emerging talent at the upcoming 2022 National Netball Championships in Tasmania.

The 17/U and 19/U tournament will run from April 19 to 24 at the Hobart Netball and Sports Centre, with WA's State Teams selected from the West Coast Fever Futures Squads.

CLICK HERE to see the 17/U and 19/U 2022 State Teams.

The first four days of the tournament will run in a round robin format and conclude with semi-finals on Saturday and finals on Sunday.

The competition provides emerging talent from across the country with the opportunity to represent their respective state or territory.

The championships have proven to be an important step in Netball Australia’s pathway, with many of the current Origin Australian Diamonds previously representing their state or territory in the event.

The National Netball Championships will mark a significant milestone in the return of the competition, following the cancellation of the 2020 and 2021 events due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The 2022 National Netball Championships will be available to watch live, on-demand and free via Kayo Freebies, as part of the new era of netball on Fox Sports.
