Netball WA is seeking to appoint a First Nations Director to the Board.

This First Nations Board Member will be instrumental in influencing the strategic direction and corporate governance of netball in Western Australia. This is an Indigenous Identified role and is open to applicants who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.

As recommended in the Black Diamonds report, Netball WA is committed to leading the way in governance by engaging an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander representative on the NWA Board who can demonstrate leadership and experience at board level and to drive real change for our sport.

For further information on the nomination process and areas of expertise that have been identified as desirable to support the Board in its ongoing strategic development of the sport in Western Australia, please visit the Annual General Meeting page.

Nominations close 5pm Friday 31 March 2023.
