On Saturday night, the 2019 Jill McIntosh Medallist will be crowned at the Grand Ballroom, Rendezvous Hotel, Scarborough, as we count the votes from every League game in the Gold Industry Group West Australian Netball League (WANL).
The Jill McIntosh Medal is the annual recognition of the League’s Fairest & Best player. The inaugural Jill McIntosh Medal was awarded in 1994 and since then has been the pinnacle award for netball in Western Australia.

The Voting System
At the end of each game, the umpires awarded six votes on a 3-2-1 basis. The player with the most votes at the end of the season will be crowned the 2019 Jill McIntosh Medallist.
