Mrs Robinson was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for service to netball as an administrator, coach and athlete.
Originally she played for South Belmont, she was a WA State Open Captain and Coach during the late 1940s and early 1950s, a Secretary during the 1970s and the grounds in Belmont are named in her honour.
Mrs Robinson also donated a blazer which was recently displayed at History Lane as part of Netball WA’s Centenary Celebrations.
