Netball WA and the CBH Group have renewed their partnership for 2025, reaffirming their commitment to regional Netball.

The partnership, which began in 2023, has allowed Netball WA to deliver three regional championships, the Wheatbelt Goldfields, Midwest Gascoyne and Great Southern.

The Regional Championships shine a light on local talent throughout Western Australia and allow athletes across the State to play Netball on a bigger stage.

In 2024, the CBH Group sponsored a free strapping station at the championships, a highly successful activation that allowed athletes access to high quality care. The CBH Group plans to sponsor the strapping stations again in 2025.

Netball WA Chief Executive Officer Simone Hansen is pleased to continue the partnership with the CBH Group.

“We are excited to welcome back the CBH Group for a third year, in a partnership that has been greatly beneficial for our community,” she said.

“Through their support of our Regional Championships, our netballers based in these areas are given greater opportunities and support in their journeys.”

CBH Chief Stakeholder Relations, Sustainability and Strategy Officer David Paton said supporting regional communities is a core focus for CBH.

“Through our Community Investment Fund, we help build vibrant, connected communities where people are supported and have opportunities to thrive.

“We’re proud to extend our partnership with Netball WA, recognising the important role netball plays in bringing regional communities together.”
