Representatives from Bridgetown, Busselton, Bunbury, Eaton, Harvey, Leschenault, Mandurah, Manjimup, Margaret River and Serpentine Jarrahdale made up the eight divisions and 485 players.
Alongside the players, 57 coaches, 47 team managers and 61 umpires made up the support staff.
The morning kicked off with a VIP Morning Tea, a special thank you to attendees; Retired Member for Forrest Honourable Nola Marino, City of Busselton Councillor Valerie Kaigg, CEO City of Busselton Tony Nottle, City of Busselton Club Development Officer Mellisa Egan, South West Academy of Sport Executive Officer Rachel Norman and Kurongkurl Katitjin ECU Centre for Aboriginal Education & Research Renae Isaacs-Guthridge.
