Alongside her valuable role as President, Ms McDonald is also found regularly umpiring within the Association at various carnivals, as well as assisting with mentoring less experienced umpires.
Ms McDonald actively represents her Association at the regional level attending forums, conferences and meetings, and uniting ENA with the Great Southern Region.
Her passion for the Association also drives her desire to assist all women to stay involved in netball, a goal she continues to strive to achieve.
Ms McDonald has also recently been awarded life membership to ENA, congratulations Fiona!
