Netball WA has extended its partnership with the CBH Group for another year, which will see them continue to support regional Netball.

Australia’s largest co-operative started its partnership with Netball WA in 2023 and will once again be the presenting partner of the Wheatbelt Goldfields, Midwest Gascoyne and Great Southern Regional Championships.

This partnership will allow Netball WA to continue to deliver three regional championships, which are highlights for regional netball communities, and strengthen regional programs to ensure netballers right across our State have the same opportunities to play the sport.

Netball WA Chief Executive Officer Simone Hansen welcomed the CBH Group’s continued support of Netball WA.

“We are really looking forward to having the CBH Group back for a second year of Netball in Western Australia,” Hansen said.

“Their support of our regional championships is very important and I know those regional communities also appreciate the CBH Group’s commitment to engaging with and supporting rural WA.”

Chief Stakeholder Relations, Sustainability and Strategy Officer Brianna Peake said CBH is proud to continue the partnership with Netball WA because we know sport plays an important role in regional communities.

“Netball enjoys widespread participation, with many regional towns hosting local netball clubs and competitions,” Ms Peake said.

“Netball isn't just a game—it's a vital part of life in the regions, supporting physical and mental wellbeing and building strong community connection.”
