Gold Netball Centre 

Marking the end of a journey more than 10 years in the making, the opening of the $26 million State Netball Centre in 2015 was a triumph for our sport. The significance of this facility for netball in Western Australia cannot be understated. For the first time in our history, we have a place to recognise our past, celebrate our successes and build for the future. 

In 2019, the facility announced a partnership with the Gold Industry Group, making the organisation the new naming rights partner of the State Netball Centre. The world-class, netball-first venue is now known as the Gold Netball Centre.

Netball WA has launched a new online booking system at the Gold Netball Centre which will provide users with more opportunity to check court availability, rates and book online for casual bookings.

The booking process will work by submitting an online booking enquiry which will then be sent to Netball WA Reception Staff, who will confirm the booking or make any required changes. The user will then be notified via email of their booking confirmation.

Here are a few suggestions to help with the booking process:

  • To start, click on “Register for an account” which will take you to the Registration Form.

  • If you are booking more than one date, please do all your bookings separately. For example, if you would like to book one badminton court on 15 August and one on 18 August, please make a separate booking for each one. 

  • If you require any large/reoccurring bookings, please contact Netball WA on sncbookings@netballwa.com.au or 9380 3719 direct.

  • If you submit a booking request over the weekend, it will not be actioned until Monday during office hours.  Online booking requests are not monitored over the weekend.

  • Please note online bookings are only available from August 2023 to 31 December 2023.

  • As always, if you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, we will require 24 hours notice or the full payment of your booking will be charged.

    Hiring Availabilities

    Courts 
    Hiring a court gets you more than just a space to play on! You also have access to a score bench and score board, the competition office, grandstand seating and spectator amenities.
    Program Room 
    The Program Room is a flexible space that caters to meetings, presentations and functions. The room can comfortably hold 80 people standing, or various seating configurations for 20-70 people. With an inbuilt kitchenette, its ideal for meetings, seminars, morning and afternoon teas.
    Kiosk & Foyer 
    The kiosk, bar and kitchen allow for food service and basic food preparation. The kiosk flows into the generous space of the foyer, which has been used for a variety of functions including sundowners, season launches and morning teas for up to 200 people.
    Injury Prevention Room 
    The Injury Prevention Room includes Matrix gym equipment suited to elite users. West Coast Fever are the primary users of this space, however there are opportunities for external bookings. 
    Other bookable spaces include eight single change rooms which can be opened up to have four double change rooms, plus a dedicated umpire change room and first aid room.
