Executive Officer – Shooting Stars
Fran’s Role:Based in Perth, Fran oversees the Shooting Stars program as Executive Officer of Glass Jar Australia. Shooting Stars engages more than 300 students across six delivery sites in WA’s remote and regional areas; namely Halls Creek, Derby, Meekatharra, Carnarvon, Wiluna and Mullewa. Fran also plays a key role in defining and implementing the Indigenous Strategy across Netball WA.
About Fran: With over 20 years experience in rural and remote Indigenous communities, non government organisations and corporate Australia, along with a history of involvement in netball at all levels from grassroots through to the Board of Netball WA, Fran brings extensive experience in community development, success in program delivery, strategic and financial planning to Netball WA.

LACIE RISEBOROUGH
Manager – Government Relations & Philanthropy
Lacie’s Role: Lacie is responsible for driving the development of stakeholder engagement and investment for the Shooting Stars program. The role includes strategic direction and implementation of new donor partnerships and stewardship of current supporters.
About Lacie: 
Lacie has over 10 years experience working in a variety of business development and fundraising roles in Perth and in London, within the not-for-profit sector. She brings to her role a sound understanding of strategic income development and donor relationship management.
