Information for Suncorp NetSetGO Centres & Associations

Registering your NetSetGO Centre for 2018
As per the annual process, Associations, Clubs, Schools and Community Groups are able to submit their NetSetGO Centre’s for approval via MyNetball. Please ensure to add your Term 1 and Winter season programs at the time of submitting for approval. Once a Centre has been approved participants are able to register for your programs and you will be visible on the NetSetGO Centre Search Finder.

If you are a new centre or unfamiliar with this process, please contact Carolyn Clancy on (08) 9380 3732 or

Registration Process
Once a Suncorp NetSetGO Centre has updated their MyNetball Information, Suncorp NetSetGO participants are then able to self-register online. Please note, once your nominated online registration close date has been reached no other participants will be able to register online. Please consider any late registrations when setting your online registration close date. To restrict your registration to a number you can manage, you can allocate a registration limit number.

If you are finding participants are having issues with the online registration process, please direct them to the Parent Registration Guide. Additionally, Netball WA have prepared a number of resources to assist you, as the Suncorp NetSetGO Centre Coordinator, to help troubleshoot common registration programs from the back-end of the system. These resources can be found here.

In 2018, Centre Coordinators are not able to manually register participants, and all Suncorp NetSetGO registrations must be online self-registration. If you are having difficulty with this online process, please see the guide and resources above in the first instance, then contact Carolyn Clancy on (08) 9380 3732 or

PinPayment Gateway Activation
The MyNetball Pin Payment Service is an option available to all Suncorp NetSetGO Centres. This enables centres to provide an online credit card payment option, to complement the online participant enrolment process. The MyNetball Pin Payment Service must be set-up prior to allowing online payments with online enrolments. Please allow 10-14 working days for the service to be applied.

The standard transaction fee across all transactions is currently 1.78% + 31¢ per person. To set up the MyNetball Pin Payment Service to your Suncorp NetSetGO Centre, click here and complete the online form. Associations will have the ability to set up a tiered registration type pricing structure in MyNetball, resulting in more accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Pack Delivery and Distribution
In 2018, Suncorp NetSetGO participant packs will be delivered directly to each participants’ nominated address from the distribution company, TPF. Each participant will be allocated a unique tracking number and can track their delivery through the TPF website. The Suncorp NetSetGO participant packs contain a size 4 Gilbert netball and a Suncorp NetSetGO t-shirt.

PLEASE NOTE: The Netball Australia $22 fee is non-refundable once the participant pack has been ordered.

Suncorp NetSetGO Training and Resources
Netball Australia has produced the 2017 Suncorp NetSetGO MyNetball Centre Manual, which is an excellent resource to assist Centres in troubleshooting their Suncorp NetSetGO Centre Registration. Additionally, Netball WA has a range of coaching resources and practical education courses available. If you could like a copy of these coaching resources, or are interested in MyNetball/NetSetGO Coaches Education training, please contact Carolyn Clancy (08) 9380 3732 or

Suncorp NetSetGO at your Club or Association

The program has been designed to complement the existing netball infrastructure by providing community groups such as Associations, Clubs and Schools with quality resources and equipment to deliver an age and skill appropriate netball program.

The Suncorp NetSetGo Program consists of three tiers:

Net: Activity and skills programs. The Net program introduces participants to a number of fundamental motor and netball skills in a fun and safe netball environment. The recommended age for the Net tier is 5-10 years old.

Set: Modified competition. The Set program continues to progress participants fundamental motor and netball skills, whilst also being introduced to netball strategies. Non-competitive modified games are able to be played in their tier. The recommended age for the Set tier is 7-10 years old.

GO: Transitional modified competition. The GO program introduces a participant to more netball-specific skills. The GO tier incorporates modified matches to allow a smooth transition into junior netball. The recommended ages for the GO tier is 9-10 year olds.
