Executive Assistant

Netball WA is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant will assist the CEO in the delivery of key strategic initiatives. A key focus of the role will be to provide high quality administrative and operational support to the CEO, Executive Officers of West Coast Fever Netball Club Ltd and Glass Jar Australia Limited (Company Secretaries), Executive Team and Boards and subcommittees of Netball WA, West Coast Fever Netball Club and Glass Jar Australia. In addition, the role will play a key role in overseeing the front of house management of Netball WA’s Office, executive rooms and the coordination of key stakeholder engagements. The ability to forge a close working relationship with Netball WA, West Coast Fever and Glass Jar Australia Affiliates, key stakeholders, staff and volunteers will be essential to the successful achievement of this position’s objectives.  

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with high-level administration, planning and organisational skills. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills are also critical to success in this role. Netball WA will be looking to have the successful applicant commence in the role in February 2018.

Position Description Executive Assistant


Participation Coordinator – NetSetGO

Netball WA is looking for a vibrant coordinator to continue to grow the sport of netball, via the Suncorp NetSetGO Program, netball’s only national junior introductory program. Reporting to the Community Netball Manager, the Participation Coordinator – NetSetGO will be responsible for the delivery of the Suncorp NetSetGO Program with the primary aim of increasing overall participation in the sport whilst maximizing member recruitment in both new and existing markets. This position will facilitate and develop new partnerships and work collaboratively with associations, clubs, community organisations, commercial centres and other stakeholders to support the continued growth and development of the Suncorp NetSetGO in Western Australia.

We are looking for an energetic individual with strong communication and organisational skills and a focus on customer-service delivery. Relationship building and team work skills, are critical to success in this role. Netball WA will be looking to have the successful applicant commence in the role in February 2018.

Participation Coordinator – Program Sales

Netball WA is looking for a dynamic sales coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Community Netball Manager, the Participation Coordinator – Program Sales will lead and deliver the marketing and sales program of Netball WA’s key community programs Fast5 and Suncorp NetSetGO against a platform of continual enhancement and performance to achieve the organisation’s strategic goals. As a key member of our dynamic team, this role will be responsible for capitalising on the exciting period of growth by refining our community netball products and sales channels and taking the key products of Fast5 and Suncorp NetSetGO to new and existing markets. A close working relationship with key business units of Netball WA, our affiliated associations and clubs, community organisations, commercial centres and stakeholders is essential to the successful achievement of this position’s objectives.

Member Services Coordinator

Netball WA is looking for a Member Services Coordinator to join our Member Services Unit. Reporting to the Member Services Manager, the Member Services Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination, delivery and administration of member services to the wider Netball WA membership. Reporting to the Member Services Manager, the role will provide a suite of operational membership services to Netball WA’s 11 Regions, 72 Associations and almost 600 clubs. The role will be primary point of call for all member related enquiries and will assist in the building capacity of Netball WA’s Regions, Associations and Clubs through administration, governance, education and other support programs. A close working relationship with affiliated bodies, relevant stakeholders and internal staff and volunteers will be essential to the successful achievement of this position’s objectives.
