Sport Development Manager
Based at the State Netball Centre (SNC) in Jolimont, this role will report to the General Manager – Community Netball. The position will provide leadership to ensure the effective delivery of one of Netball WA’s core community business units, working closely with relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to Member Associations and Clubs, Players, Coaches, Umpires and Officials.
The Sport Development Manager is intrinsically responsible for the interaction and capacity building of the sport and its volunteers from a grass roots level through to the talent identification and state team programs as part of the sport’s performance pathway. The position will also play a significant role in the delivery of outcomes aligned to Netball WA’s High-Performance Plan 2018-2022.
Participation Coordinator – Schools
Based at the State Netball Centre (SNC) in Jolimont, this role will report to the Participation Manager The position will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of all Netball WA schools programs with the primary aim of increasing overall participation in the sport. whilst maximising member recruitment in both new and existing markets. The successful incumbent will be required to facilitate and develop new partnerships and work collaboratively with Member Associations and Clubs, community organisations and other commercial partners/stakeholders to support the continued growth and development of the Schools programs and products in Western Australia.
Based at the State Netball Centre (SNC) in Jolimont, this role will report to the Head of Partnership and Philanthropy. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and servicing of all Netball WA, Glass Jar Australia and West Coast Fever corporate and community partners, maintaining at all times service excellence in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives. The role will also drive the planning and delivery of the Centre Circle membership program in conjunction with the Head of Marketing.

Based at Meekatharra District High School, as a Program Coordinator you will be responsible for the supporting the delivery of the Shooting Stars program with the primary aim of increasing overall participation in netball and school attendance of female Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
NETBALL WA REGIONAL OFFICERS
Netball WA is the governing body for the sport in Western Australia, incorporating the subsidiary entities of West Coast Fever Netball Club and Glass Jar Australia. Netball WA has a clear vision to be ‘The sport of choice in Western Australia’. Underpinning this vision is a new 2018-2022 Strategic Plan which outlines key outcomes, goals and strategies across four pillars within Netball WA; People and Culture, Participation, Pathway and Business Performance, all driving the sport in its purpose of “Advancing Netball, Advancing Communities”.
Netball WA will implement nine (9) Regional Offices across WA commencing in January 2019. These Offices will be staffed by Netball WA employees in the key positions of Membership Coordinator, Development Coordinator and Officials Coordinator, presenting career opportunities within the organisation.
